The GRT-OM-25-3660 is a 25mm thick moulded GRP open mesh grating panel supplied in the standard full-sheet size of 3660 x 1220mm, weighing 55kg per panel. The 38 x 38mm mesh aperture delivers excellent drainage and ventilation alongside strong load capacity, making it the default specification for general access platforms, walkways, mezzanine floors and trench covers across rail, water treatment, marine and process plant environments.
Manufactured from continuous E-glass roving in an isophthalic polyester resin matrix with an integral quartz-aggregate anti-slip top surface, the panel is fully corrosion-immune, electrically non-conductive and UV stable. It can be cut on site with standard carbide tooling with no specialist trades required. Available in safety yellow, grey and green. Vinyl ester resin and fire-rated formulations available to order.
Compliant with BS EN 4592 and manufactured under ISO 9001:2015. 25+ year service life with zero painting, galvanising or coating maintenance.
