Deck500 is Engineered Composites’ proprietary interlocking GRP decking system. Each 500mm wide pultruded plank features a tongue-and-groove edge profile that interlocks seamlessly with adjacent panels to form a continuous, watertight deck with no inter-panel fasteners required. At 8.70kg/m it is approximately 25% of the weight of equivalent steel decking. Designed to span 1.5m at 5kN/m2 UDL with deflection limited to L/200. Integral quartz anti-slip surface. Non-sparking, non-conductive and 100% corrosion-immune. Compliant with BS 4592-4 Part 5, BS EN ISO 14122-2 and EN 13706 grade E23. ISO 9001:2015. 25+ year design life with zero maintenance.
