The GRT-OM-38-3660 is a 38mm thick heavy-duty moulded GRP open mesh grating panel in the standard 3660 x 1220mm full-sheet size, weighing 85kg per panel. The greater bar depth delivers significantly higher load capacity and longer unsupported span than the 25mm grade, making it the standard specification for HS2 viaduct walkways, mainline rail platform decking and industrial mezzanines where bearer spacing exceeds 1.0m.
The 38 x 38mm mesh aperture provides excellent drainage and ventilation. The integral quartz-aggregate anti-slip top surface delivers exceptional grip in wet, oily and icy conditions. Manufactured from continuous E-glass roving in isophthalic polyester resin. Fully corrosion-immune, electrically non-conductive and UV stable. Available in safety yellow, grey and green.
